Refund Policy
All registration fees paid to the Springfield Youth Club are non-refundable, once teams have been formed. This policy is in effect for all football and cheerleading programs.
Refund Requests Before Team Draft
A full or partial refund will be granted if requested in writing and received by SYC before the official team draft has taken place for the respective football or cheerleading season. Once teams have been drafted and finalized, no refunds will be issued.
Exceptions to the Policy
The SYC Board of Directors may, at its sole discretion, grant a refund for extenuating circumstances. Any request for a refund exception must be submitted in writing to the SYC Board and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A majority vote from all sitting board members is required to approve an exception. The decision of the board is final.
